PROPOSAL · 01 / 06

A UK marketplace for local trades, with an AI lead engine.

Customers post a job, local trades get matched, and AI reads every request first. Built in clear steps, starting inside your budget.

Prepared for Ashley · Indicative scope and pricing. The MVP is a fixed price; Phase 2 is confirmed on our call.

INVESTMENT · 02 / 06

Three steps, paid separately

Your full scope is bigger than the job post, so we split it into steps you can say yes to one at a time.

Step 1

£3,500

fixed price

6 weeks

The marketplace from your job post, with every core feature on simple, solid logic: accounts, profiles, job requests, postcode matching, lead accept or decline, provider pipeline, messaging, reviews, Stripe subscriptions and lead credits, booking, email follow-up, AI lead summaries and an admin dashboard.

Fits the budget you indicated previously.

SCOPE · 03 / 06

What you get, feature by feature

Click a card. Each one shows the simple MVP version first, then how Phase 2 grows it.

MVP

Email sign-up and login for customers and providers, with a basic profile for each.

Phase 2

Business owners invite their team as Owner, Manager or Staff, with permissions, assignment and a full activity history.

MVP

Business name, trades, service postcodes, photos and a short description, shown to matched customers.

Phase 2

Verified badges, a richer work gallery and review highlights that help the best providers win more jobs.

MVP

One mobile-first form: trade, description, photos, postcode, urgency and budget.

Phase 2

Guided questions per trade, hosted enquiry forms for each business, and secure API and webhook intake with source and campaign tracking.

MVP

Matches by trade and postcode district against each provider's service area, across 3-5 launch cities.

Phase 2

Smarter ranking that also weighs distance, availability, response speed, ratings and the AI fit score, so the best match goes first.

MVP

Matched providers get notified and accept or decline. Each lead goes to a small fixed number of providers.

Phase 2

Exclusive or limited-shared leads, routing rules, lead expiry and automatic re-routing when nobody accepts.

MVP

A simple board with fixed stages: New, Contacted, Quoted, Booked, Won or Lost, with notes on each job.

Phase 2

Custom stages, assignment to staff, activity history, and quote and consultation follow-up.

MVP

A message thread per job, with an email alert when a new message arrives.

Phase 2

Message templates, and secure no-login links so customers can reply without creating an account.

MVP

Customers leave 1-5 stars and a short review once a job is marked done.

Phase 2

Automated review requests after each job, plus moderation tools in the admin.

MVP

One Stripe subscription plan plus packs of lead credits. Accepting a lead spends one credit.

Phase 2

Several plans, credit rules per trade or area, and separate subscription billing for standalone AG Solutions businesses.

MVP

Providers set available slots, customers pick one, and both get an email reminder.

Phase 2

SMS reminders, rescheduling and booking links that work from any channel.

MVP

Email notifications for every key step, plus one automated follow-up when a lead goes quiet.

Phase 2

SMS, multi-step follow-up sequences, customer acknowledgements and business notifications.

MVP

Each request is turned into a short summary with a simple hot, warm or cold tag.

Phase 2

Lead scoring with criteria you set, AI summaries of conversations, and prompts tuned per trade.

MVP

Manage users, providers, jobs and leads, with basic numbers: leads per day, acceptance rate, active subscriptions.

Phase 2

Full reporting and analytics, revenue and usage tracking per business, and an audit history of key actions.

Starts in Phase 2.
Phase 2

Businesses get their own private account, subscription and CRM. Their own enquiries run through the same lead engine but skip marketplace matching and lead charges.

Phase 2

Enquiries from hosted website forms, webhooks and forwarded emails create leads in the right business account automatically, with source and campaign attribution.

A TASTE OF IT · 04 / 06

Your providers could take leads like this

We built this swipe feed for a recruitment marketplace, where employers swipe through candidate profiles instead of scrolling long lists. The feedback from users was great: shortlisting became fast and easy. Here it is adapted to your providers. Each card is a new job in their area, already read by AI: a one-line summary, a Hot, Warm or Cold tag, budget, distance and photos. Swipe right to accept the lead and spend a credit, swipe left to pass. Contact details unlock only after accepting, which is what makes pay-per-lead work.

Three things a 30-minute call settles

Standalone AG Solutions accounts

How businesses sign up, what they pay, and what they share with the marketplace.

Lead sources

Which forms, webhooks and inboxes come first.

Billing rules

Subscriptions, credits and pay-per-lead across both products. The more rules, the more to build and test.

Once these three are clear, the Phase 2 range becomes a fixed price with its own milestone plan.
